Headache Be Gone: Bomb Juice Recipe

Got a headache? Not uncommon during a juice cleanse as your body is working hard to rid itself of toxins. Headaches can be caused from a variety of reasons including dehydration, fatigue and irregular blood sugars. Drinking plenty of water is always helpful and juices can also provide relief thanks to the easy to absorb electrolytes and anti-inflammatory nutrients. So let’s look at a great juice for headache!

On their own, these ingredients offer big time calming and hydrating benefits. Combined in a juice for headache, they provide a powerful headache bomb that will help stop that pain in its tracks.

  • One bunch of spinach. But any dark leafy vegetable will do.  
  • ¼ cup of pineapple
  • Two stalks of celery
  • One half to one cucumber.
  • Squeeze of lemon.
  • Thumbnail sized piece of peeled ginger.

Run all ingredients through your juicer, starting with the spinach. Drink right away or store in your refrigerator for up to two days.
