Simple and delicious… When prepared in advance, the Green Chia Goodness bowl is a super quick solution to a healthy breakfast! Pair it with a hardboiled egg or slice of bacon, for added protein.
1 cup of light coconut milk* or unsweetened almond milk**
1/4 cup of chia seeds
Handful of spinach
A few berries and or coconut shreds for garnish -optional
Blend all the ingredients together pour in mason jar or bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night, enjoy!!!
* The only ingredients listed should be coconut milk and water.
