WHAT IS A 30-Clean Challenge?
On our challenges — everything goes… and by that I mean, everything dirty is out the door. You will eat delicious real food that you choose, while eliminating gluten, dairy, grains*, sugar of all kinds, corn, soy, alcohol. Oh don’t worry – if you are not doing our super clean challenge, you can still enjoy 3 squares of high quality dark chocolate and perhaps a glass of your favorite adult beverage on the weekend!
*Does not apply to V-Cleaners who will still consume non-gluten grains and legumes.

Start your challenge
If you are signed up for the Simple Start Program you will start your challenge when you receive your first Daily Digest email. If you are signed up for the Drop-In Program then you can join your challenge by simply clicking on the Facebook group link in your welcome email. If you are signed up for a National Challenge then you will receive an invite to your Facebook group one week prior to your start date for “Prep Week.”
Ask your coach for help!
Once you are in your private group you can ask your Coach any and all questions you might have! There will be a ton of structure and loads of guidance, so don’t feel nervous. We will hold your hand the whole way!
