I understand that changing deeply rooted habits is not always easy, and will look different for everyone. Through my own health journey, I do know that when you have a health-advocate and coach, and you are ready to commit, change is possible. I take the journey to better health & fitness seriously, but also believe in having fun and never feeling deprived. Together we will uncover the root of the problem and slowly implement solutions to create lasting change. We all deserve to feel good, and I am committed to guiding you to optimal health!
As a health coach, I want to inspire and inform others to live their best life possible by making their health a top priority. I believe that a healthy lifestyle involves balance, self-control, and awareness, and the best part- anyone can achieve it if they put their mind to it!
The commitment, as well as the accountability and growth that happens in this group setting is a powerful tool for success in building new nutritional habits. I absolutely love being a part of the T30C community, helping people to create healthy lifestyle changes that allow them to feel their brightest.
I am passionate about empowering people to become leaders of their own health. I’m here to support you in your commitment to eating clean nourishing foods for 30 days.
I believe that there is not one specific diet that works for all, everybody is unique. You have to find which foods work with YOUR body, and I am here to help you do just that. My philosophy is that although nutrition is extremely important, it isn’t the only component that drives how you feel. It’s also stress, work, relationships, sleep and activity level, everything that makes you who you are. Finding a balance with all of these, in a way that works with your lifestyle, will help you find your truly healthy self. Together we will work to make these lifestyle changes easier to make and easier to keep.
I am a Health Coach graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutriton, Mom to 2 active teenagers, and Wife to my college sweetheart of 19 years. Coupled with my passion for Health Coaching, I am also passionate about fitness.
I am an instructor at The Dailey Method and enjoy cross training with running, HIIT style workouts and yoga. As a former marathoner, my passion for “food as fuel” lead me to The 30 Clean ~ over 3 years ago.
By simply tweaking my nutrition and following the program as a Challenger, I quickly noticed my performance and recovery times greatly improving. I had abundant amounts of energy and found fuel from properly proportioned healthy fats, healthy carbs and protein.
From Challenger, to Coach to Health Advisor… The 30 Clean has become a way of life for me and it’s my passion to help others create a 30-Clean lifestyle to meet their individual health and wellness goals.
I’m a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition; the owner of Taylor Health and Wellness; and I work with athletes, weekend warriors, and goal oriented people who want a clear and concise plan for achieving better health through nutrition.
My intent is to work with those select people truly motivated to achieve sustainable results. Before, during and after our sessions I focus on you and your program with dedication to specific and substantive coaching.
Together we will create an easy to follow game plan that will help you make transformational food and lifestyle choices. For you. For your family. For life.
I believe if we help our children develop good eating habits and relationships with food and exercise, we are setting them up for success in life! A little quote that really resonates with me is “The best gift you can give your children is the gift of health”.
