Watermelon Refresher – Recipe below photo!
Fill a highball glass with
- Add 1-2 oz potato vodka
- A squeeze of lime and,
- A sliced basil leaf
In a blender, puree 1 1/2 cups of watermelon cubes and pour through a fine strainer into your glass. Finish with a splash of soda water, stir and garnish with a lime wedge and a basil leaf.
