I am the Co-Founder of The 30 Clean, a Certified Health & Life Coach, Fitness Trainer and Motivational Speaker. I feel blessed every day for the good fortune to LOVE what I do! But it wasn’t always that way. As a self-proclaimed sugar addict, I have a very good understanding of what it takes to make lifestyle changes. I have seen the bliss that accompanies using food as medicine and what a sugar-free diet will do for increased energy, hormonal balance and emotional stability.I understand that changing deeply rooted habits is not always easy, and will look different for everyone. Through my own health journey, I do know that when you have a health-advocate and coach, and you are ready to commit, change is possible. I take the journey to better health & fitness seriously, but also believe in having fun and never feeling deprived. Together we will uncover the root of the problem and slowly implement solutions to create lasting change. We all deserve to feel good, and I am committed to guiding you to optimal health!

I am a certified Health Coach and have been working as a Health Advisor for The 30 Clean since the beginning of 2014. As someone who’s extremely passionate about health + wellness, I am constantly looking for ways to share my knowledge and passion! Once I became a mom, it was a natural progression for me to focus a lot on family health and I got the opportunity to play a large role in creating T30C Family Challenge. With 2 little kiddos, I’ve gained lots of valuable experience & knowledge about pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, nutrition for infants and toddlers, easy meals, and quick & effective workouts!As a health coach, I want to inspire and inform others to live their best life possible by making their health a top priority. I believe that a healthy lifestyle involves balance, self-control, and awareness, and the best part- anyone can achieve it if they put their mind to it!

Hi There, I’m Katie! I’m a New Zealander, currently based in Chicago, where I live with my husband and two little girls. I started as a The 30 Clean challenger and was inspired to help others on their own wellness journey. I became a Certified Health Coach through the Dr Sears Wellness Institute, specializing in family health. I am most passionate about helping families make healthy changes to their lifestyle.
I believe if we help our children develop good eating habits and relationships with food and exercise, we are setting them up for success in life! A little quote that really resonates with me is “The best gift you can give your children is the gift of health”.
I would love to work with you to set goals for your personal wellness and that of your family. Hi There! My name is Julie Grehl and I am a Certified Health Coach, Certified Nutrition & Wellness Consultant and also a Group Fitness Instructor located near Jacksonville, Florida. I offer health coaching both virtually and locally.
I believe that there is not one specific diet that works for all, everybody is unique. You have to find which foods work with YOUR body, and I am here to help you do just that. My philosophy is that although nutrition is extremely important, it isn’t the only component that drives how you feel. It’s also stress, work, relationships, sleep and activity level, everything that makes you who you are. Finding a balance with all of these, in a way that works with your lifestyle, will help you find your truly healthy self. Together we will work to make these lifestyle changes easier to make and easier to keep.

As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, I help individuals create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits their unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.  I am a Health Coach graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutriton, Mom to 2 active teenagers, and Wife to my college sweetheart of 19 years. Coupled with my passion for Health Coaching, I am also passionate about fitness.  I am an instructor at The Dailey Method and enjoy cross training with running, HIIT style workouts and yoga. As a former marathoner, my passion for “food as fuel” lead me to The 30 Clean ~ over 3 years ago.  By simply tweaking my nutrition and following the program as a Challenger, I quickly noticed my performance and recovery times greatly improving. I had abundant amounts of energy and found fuel from properly proportioned healthy fats, healthy carbs and protein.
From Challenger, to Coach to Health Advisor… The 30 Clean has become a way of life for me and it’s my passion to help others create a 30-Clean lifestyle to meet their individual health and wellness goals.

Hello! I am Heather – and I am super excited to work with you! I became a Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2013 to help myself with a series of chronic “mystery” illnesses. Through my work as a Health Coach for myself as well as with The 30 Clean (since 2016) I have developed a compassionate “whole body” approach to health. What does that mean? It means I will work with you to figure out how to best nourish yourself based on your own unique situation, not just your current set of health symptoms. We will talk about nutrition, lifestyle, relationships, exercise, sleep, stress management, mindset, and so much more! We will work as a team to create a “lifestyle plan” to make the changes you need to create a more vibrant and healthy life. Hi, I’m Liz, a Certified Health Coach and Health Advisor for The 30 Clean, and owner of good lean fun Health Coaching.  My journey to a healthier lifestyle began about three years ago, as a Challenger right here on The 30 Clean!  I finally got serious about the choices I was making with food in my life.  But, not so serious, because along the way I had a ton of fun learning to fuel my body in the right way. I took my cooking to a whole new level and discovered that eating real, whole foods is truly delicious and exciting! No shakes or pills or crash dieting.  I learned how to eat better and change my relationship with food. I lost over 40 pounds and began to feel the best I’ve ever felt.  I can help you determine the best foods for your body and help you feel confident about your food choices.  Need help with meal planning, prepping, and clean hacks?  I have lots of tricks up my sleeve!  I can offer you the support you need to take your health and wellness to the next level and truly feel the bliss.

I enjoy BootCamp, OrangeTheory Fitness, Pilates and always working out with friends! I have run marathons, half marathons and the occasional triathlon.
